Unused Boston Power Swing 3.65v 4400mah 16wh

These cells are overstock from a large medical battery project. They have never been used and came in the original packaging. Of course we will have to repackage in our own packaging since we are not selling them in the full cases. 

No they are not 2 18650 cells side by side. Boston Power is found in many medical and military batteries. They are one of the best and most certified. Certifications UN 38.3, UL1642, IEC 62133, ROHS 2002/95/EC In Process: Nordic Ecolabel

You can spot weld both sides on this model because the positive side actually has a nickel sheet ultrasonic welded to it. Remember the negative side is the side with the button as you can see in the 1st photo.
