Shipping and Returns

Please be advised that we ship Monday-Friday only.

Ground Shipping

Orders placed between Monday-Thursday will be processed within 2-3 business days and orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be processed within 3-4 business days. After it ships please allow another 2-5 business days for transit times.

Freight Shipping

Please allow a few extra business days for freight shipping, as it is a more involved process than ground shipping. After we ship your order out you will be provided with a tracking number, and the trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery time.

*For FREIGHT PALLET shipments to Canada please email us with brokerage contact information for customs.

*For International shipments the recipient is always responsible for customs and duties charges upon clearance into your country.*

Shipping calculations are based off of your location and the weight of the product.

If you add an item to your cart and go to checkout, it will calculate the exact cost of shipping for you.

Returns

We offer a 60-day warranty on most of our products. If you are not satisfied or are having issues with your product during the 60-day period, you may return the product for a full refund, and we will pay for the return shipping.

Products that are sold AS IS or FOR SALVAGE are not eligible for return or a 60-day warranty. All auctions are considered AS-IS.

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind you may return the product for a full refund, and shipping cost will be deducted from your return. OR contact us at least 24 hours before we ship the item and we will correct it before being shipped.

If you receive the incorrect item as a result of our mistake, you may return the item for a full refund, and we will pay for the shipping.

All cells and batteries should be tested before building into modules. All modules should be tested before adding to a system. We are not responsible for user error and all of our batteries should be used with properly sized battery management systems, busbars, and overall configuration.

In order to return a product, contact us with your name and order number, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed with the return.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. When we receive the return back at our office, it will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to show up on your end after we process it.
