Every battery is fully tested and comes with the printout of the test report which shows the capacity and charge/discharge graph. These in particular tested between 90-99.99% capacity to they are still testing close to new.

The cable that is cut is not necessary for using this battery. It only communicated to a computer program. The BMS inside works like normal and most customers never use that cable anyway. You can save some money buying these with the cut cable and it'll work the same.

If you want to series connect them you should charge each module fully then connect in series. You can also parallel them. These are one of the most trusted and best built batteries on the market. They are used in many hospitals. Bolts are also included.

You can series up to 4 to make 48v modules.
