Samsung 8s Lithium Ion 29.6v 60ah 1.776kWh Module - One cell out of balance
This module in particular has one cell out of balance. 7 cells are 3.55v and one is 2.25v. This could be caused by a failing cell or the BMS was faulty. You can easily reroute the busbars around that one bad cell and use this as a 7s 24v module. We took off $50 for the one bad cell so this is a great deal especially since it is possible that you can rebalance that one cell to see if it was just the BMS that caused the one cell to lose voltage.
These are absolutely beautiful Samsung 8s lithium ion modules. They came out of server racks and were used as hospital backup power. We tested a few modules and they were all around 90% capacity so you can expect these to last a very long time. Just an overall beautiful battery that I think you will enjoy.
The best part is these batteries have bolt connections so that makes it super easy to reroute the busbars into different voltages or to connect your main connections with ring terminals and a wrench. There are wire leads which you can splice into your BMS balance leads as well. You can buy 5 of these and turn it into a 36v (10s4p) 240ah golf cart or forklift battery. Just simply reroute the busbars with a wrench.

These are genuine Samsung cell modules and would actually work well for an EV application.
