We have a few of these batteries that are not working. Either the cells are discharged or the BMS is not working. At the very least you will be able to salvage the case, posts, and at least the cells or the BMS. It's possible you can get these to work again too. You will have to cut open the case around the rim then you'll be able to work on it. 

We cover the $37 hazmat fee and UN-4G packaging necessary to ship these. We are fully certified to ship lithium batteries above 300wh.
