Low Voltage Shelf K1 - MERCEDES OEM LG CHEM 12S 44V 20AH 880WH
This module is particular has cells around 0.5v. You can charge it up and it will work great again since they were not fully discharged. We priced this one at 50% off so it's a great deal.
Watch the video below to see these batteries more in depth!
When you shop here at Battery Hookup you don't have to be rich to afford Mercedes OEM batteries.
If you are looking to build that 96s 350v EV battery these are a perfect option. 8 modules in series is all you need. The battery in the 2nd photo is the battery inside this enclosure. Yes the battery is included.
Also great for powerwall, forklifts, golf carts, etc.
These are 12s1p lithium ion modules in a BEAST enclosure. The BMS is proprietary but you can get some great scrap parts and accessories out of this or maybe if you have advanced knowledge you can reuse the BMS. I recommend to just add your own BMS to the battery inside. The 2nd photo shows the battery inside. Super easy to disassemble case, just a few bolts. The case has air cooling ports and just so much to offer beyond the 12s1p pack that is inside. The 12s1p 44v pack inside is made of LG Chem lithium ion cells. We tested a dozen of these and they still have around 90% or better capacity so you can realistically expect 18ah out of the original 20ah. We recommend using Daly bms unit. I'm sure you can remove the cells to salvage them but you may have to cut the tabs short and also be careful not to short the battery of you plan on salvaging the cells. Just solder your BMS balance leads, takes a few seconds doing that and is much easier.
The enclosure itself is so nice and worth at least half the value of this. You can reuse the enclosure with this battery or use it to build an ebike battery inside. If you are looking for a great value and a truly fun battery to disassemble and find great reuse parts on top of it, this is it.
