Gigavac MXL12B2a Coil 12VDC 1516

Hoping someone can get some use out of these. We are just selling for the scrap value. This brand seems to sell for $150-$350. Unfortunately we don't know much about these but hoping one of you could put these to use. The wires are cut short but the green bottom appears to come off where you can get access to enough wire to extend the wires. This is some sort of a 12v shunt. If you are familiar with these and could use them this the deal of a lifetime. Please refer to the photos for more information.
