These modules are in custom crates and require freight shipping. Shipping is calculated and includes residential and lift gate fees. We get excellent rates. Or you can pick up for free from our warehouse in Bensalem, PA. This will fit in any truck or minivan.
This is a Ford Focus module. This is the upper unit. We opened up the modules and tested each battery to make sure all cells are balanced.
This upper unit consists of 200 cells in 40s5p configuration. This breaks down to 6x 4s5p modules and 1x 2s5p modules on the top layer and 3x 4s5p modules and 1x 2s5p modules on the bottom layer. The cells should be LG 3.7v 15ah pouch cells.

As with any professionally compressed module, it is likely that when you remove the compression there will be some decompression from the pressure being released. You have easy access to the balance leads and busbars from each module. What I would do is keep all the modules in place and reroute the busbars into the configuration you want. The BMS units you see on top can be removed, they are proprietary and will not work for reuse. You can make a large 4s 12v module by parallel wiring all the 4s modules together. Or make the 3x 4s and 1x 2s modules into 14s 48v modules which you can make 2 of those then use the other 3 modules to make 3x 4s 12v packs. There is a lot of possibilities with these units and they are priced to sell. Again, we opened each pack and checked to make sure all modules were balanced and ready to go. This is a super clean pack so although it was not capacity tested it does not show a lot of use. This would be perfect for any solar storage project. You will also get a lot of accessories, disconnects, wires, relays, and busbars so the value is here. You can pop off the cooling unit on the packs as well or just leave it all in place.
