These are plug and play 12.8v 32ah LifePo4 modules with a medical grade BMS that were used in robots. The ones we tested have all been above 80% capacity, mostly between 26-28ah. The company swaps them out with new batteries the moment they reach 28ah out of the original 32ah capacity. The 3rd photo shows one of the professional tests we conducted on these modules which tested at 27.42ah. Although these are used batteries they have a ton of life left in them and perfect for solar storage and many other uses.
Specs show max charge current of 30a and max discharge current of 60a. A good rule of thumb would be 500w of power per battery. If you have an RV with a 2000w inverter you should parallel 4 of these together. Simply charge each module fully, make your parallel connections, and you are ready to go. It doesn't get any easier than this.
This is the greatest value plug and play 12v module with a quality BMS. If you compare to the 40ah modules that are going used for $200-$250 and the 100ah modules used going for $450-$550 this one is just 20% less capacity for 50-65% less price.
At just 10 lbs with a handle these are perfect to take on the go, use for power chairs, camping, RV, and especially powerwalls. Yes you can series these into 24, 36, or 48v but you should use a 12v balancer/equalizer.
Dimensions are 5" deep, 7 5/8" wide, 7" tall which includes post height.
The 4th, 5th, and 6th photo show inside of a battery that we opened up. The BMS is the height of the battery and mounted on the left side so it is a quality BMS. The wiring is sized perfect for the amp rating. The modules are actually 4s10p using 26650 3200mah cells. Just overall these are an excellent value and built right.
Charge cutoff is 14.6v. Discharge cutoff is around 11.2v as you can see in the discharge graph. 90% of the energy is between 13.2v and 12.6v under a 0.2c load as shown in the chart. Which means you get set your charge to 14v and discharge cutoff to 12v and be well outside the range of energy storage. Doing that will also extend the cycle life even more.
