BMW OEM 8s 28.8v 70ah 2kWh - Module 3
These particular modules someone attempted to cut the busbars for the individual cells. As you can see in the 2nd photo. If you can solder the busbars back together you will have an awesome battery. Priced 40% less and priced accordingly. Just a little work and you will have one of the best deals ever.
Here awesome BMW batteries at Kia prices! These modules are testing above 90% of original capacity and they are built like tanks! They use 35ah Samsung cells. The module is 8s2p. You can buy 2 modules, series them together, and have an amazing 16s powerwall. If you have an EV conversion, golf cart upgrade, powerwall, etc. These batteries are built to last,. fully balanced, and guaranteed!
We don't have too many of these in stock so get them while they last. Just $125/kWh. We recommend using a Daly brand bms, 8s lithium ion or if you are going to series 2 of these together then a 16s li-ion Daly bms will be perfect. The original balance leads were removed but you have easy access to the cells and can quickly solder onto the busbars as you can see in the photo. You can connect to the main positive and negative with alligator clips or just solder to the busbars. Super easy battery pack to work with.
If you have an inverter that accepts up to 64v input this is a perfect battery for a powerwall. Just wire 2 of these in series and use 1 BMS. Of course since this is an EV battery these are great for EV, golf carts, forklifts, ebikes, etc as well.
