Here are 48v battery packs with a 30a BMS and 40a inline fuse. This pack has a BMS that cuts out early so this pack would be for salvaging the 78 cells inside. You can expect most cells to test 100% capacity.  Most of these batteries have never been used or only used for a few months. These use 78 K-tech INR18650E 2600mah cells in 13s6p configuration. These are not a popular brand of cell but they perform very well and are 3c discharge rated.

It is also possible the pack is just unbalanced. Worse case scenario there is 1 bad row of cells or the BMS is bad. Either way the value is here for this pack.

You can charge and discharge through the same 2 14awg wires.

Fully charged pack is 54.6v (4.2v per cell)
