These packs in particular the BMS cuts out early. It is possible that the cells are out of balance and causing the BMS to cut out early. You have a few options here. Balance the pack and try to test again or salvage the good cells and the BMS. Selling for very cheap so the value is here.

Here are 48v battery packs with a 30a BMS and 40a inline fuse. These use 13 3.7v 14ah prismatic style batteries as you can see in the 2nd photo. The pack is very well built with a sturdy plastic housing around them. If you need an Ebike battery or would like to build a modular powerwall or golf cart battery this is an excellent option.

You can charge and discharge through the same 2 14awg wires.

Fully charged pack is 54.6v (4.2v per cell)
