Otherwise, if you're not picking up locally, the cost of shipping is just the cost to ship the small flat rate USPS box ($12.60 for 1 box, $17.60 for 2 boxes since we can fit 2 boxes inside another larger box to combine shipping).

If you select AA the box fits around 100 batteries. AAA batteries we can fit around 200 in the box. If you choose a mix of AA and AAA we can fit approximately 100 AAA and 50 AA batteries.

All of these batteries were recovered from returned and overstock electronics. We keep mostly unused batteries out of landfills and you get free batteries. Most batteries still test like new and were never actually activated or used.

We cannot guarantee any particular brand however all batteries were recovered from popular electronic devices.

This is not just an electronic waste solution, it is also an unbelievable deal for alkaline batteries. The days of getting ripped off on alkaline batteries are over.

You can test the batteries yourself with a voltage meter or we have a tester tool for just $2. You can find it in our Accessories location or click HERE. It's a great tool to have at home because you can test all household AA, AAA, D, C, 9v, and 3v button batteries. The tester tool is very simple... if it's green it's good, if it's yellow it's getting low, if it's red it's dead.

Testing cells with a volt meter is very easy to determine how much life is left too. The last image shows a chart of what the charge percentage would be at different voltages.

1.5-1.6v = Fully Charged
1.4-1.49v = 90-99% Charged
1.3-1.39v = 80-89% Charged
1v or lower is consider dead.

These are not rechargeable batteries and the numbers above are approximate but very close.
