All of these cells were overstock from a large battery project. Most of these cells only have 1 side spot welded and the spot welds have been removed. We tested them all and they tested 100% or higher. Seems like the company started to build a pack and then stopped so the cells likely never cycled.

Take note of the + and - on the battery. The negative is actually the button part. They are built differently. If you have a good spot welder that can spot weld thicker nickel these cells are actually very powerful 20c rated cells Each cell can handle up to 50a continuous discharge and up to 120a for under 10 seconds. You just need to make sure the nickel or busbars can handle that kind of power.
