Here are brand new in the original case Headway 3.2v 15ah power cells. These are 40152 cells so they are a little larger than the 38120 cells. These are an excellent balance between high power and high energy density. A lot of customers use these for higher power ebikes, car audio, and many other applications. The C rating is lower than the red 38120HP cells but the red cells are really for specialized applications where these would be a better option if you are looking for more energy storage capacity and power. They are more energy dense, less power dense compared to the red cells.

Up to 45a continuous charge, 75 continuous discharge, 150a pulse discharge. Definitely a great option for many applications here.

MANY CUSTOMERS MAKE THEIR OWN BUSBARS AND ACCESSORIES BUT WE DO HAVE CELL HOLDERS, BOLTS, AND 100A BUSBARS AVAILABLE AT A GREAT PRICE IF YOU NEED THEM. WE ALSO HAVE BMS UNITS AS WELL. DEPENDING ON THE THICKNESS OF YOUR BUSBARS THE LENGTH OF THE BOLTS YOU'LL NEED WILL CHANGE BUT THE BOLT SIZE YOU NEED IS A VERY COMMON SIZE M6-1.0. WE HAVE THE 8MM SIZE AVAILABLE WHICH IS GREAT FOR BUSBARS UP TO 1/8" THICK. IF YOU PLAN ON MAKING THICKER BUSBARS YOU WANT TO ORDER BOLTS THAT ARE ABOUT 1/4" LONGER THAN THE THICKNESS OF THE BUSBAR.

If you over tighten your bolts it could damage the cell. If you have a torque wrench set it to 3nm. Do not tighten over 4nm. We are not responsible for user error. Every cell is factory tested and in new condition. If you over charge/discharge, over torque the connections, or cause a short we will not replace the cells once they are handled and assembled into a pack. Always use a BMS, cell holders or insulation between the cells, proper size busbars to carry the current, stay within the voltage/amps of the cells, and take necessary safety precautions.
