5/8" Flanged Stainless Steel Cartridge Heater (55v) 48v 495w Submersible

These 5/8" heaters fit right inside and work with our 48v Spim08hp batteries with the enclosures. They can also be used in other applications such as heating water or other smaller enclosures.

The way these work particularly in the 48v Spim08hp modules is the temp sensor triggers the fans then this turns on, the fans blow air across the heating element and warm up the battery enclosure. These work perfect on 13-14s lithium ion and 16s lifepo4 48v batteries.

If you check online, these usually are very expensive and they are industrial grade heating elements. These are also stainless steel. We recovered these from industrial freezer backup battery packs so you know these are the best out there and for this price you can't beat it.

The tube is 5/8" in diameter. From the flange down is 7" in length. The entire length is 7.25" with the flange and the small part that sticks up beyond the flange. Wires will be about 5" long.
