This is for 49x 24v K2 lifepo4 batteries. Each battery has a BMS and most of the BMS units are in working condition. Each of the batteries has some issue. Mostly they have swelling however the cells inside are 3.2v 2300mah 26650 cells. Over time gas builds up inside the enclosure and since the plastic is thin it expands a little.

As you can see we wrote the voltages on top of each battery. The one says bad BMS. Some show low voltages which is likely from some bad cell inside. Most have good voltage but have swelling which usually indicates some cells inside may not be good for reuse.

The plastic enclosures are good value. The 8s lifepo4 BMS units are excellent value. And the majority of the cells inside will be good for reuse. You're looking at 1176 26650 3.2v 2300mah cells here. Most will be good for reuse but some will not. Great value overall. You could certainly recover all the cells test them, and rebuild most of the batteries. Or use the parts and cells for another project.
