4x 10.5" Threaded Rods for SPIM08HP Cells - Fits Up To 14 Cells

Here are rods that are designed for the 16ah SPIM08HP cell modules.  They are made to be inserted in all 4 corners of the plastic casing to hold the packs together. (see second photo)

These fit 12 cells without modification,  in order to fit up to 14 cells you will have to widen the 4 holes of the plastic case a little using a 5/16" drill bit to get the ends pieces to insert flush. The end caps are just a little wider than the holes. The rods fit perfect so you only have to make the holes wider for about an inch on the one side. The inside of the end piece is threaded. If you do it that way the rods don't stick out on the corners.

These can be used for the following:

13 Cells for 13s 46.8v 16ah

14 Cells for 7s2p 25.2v 32ah

14 Cells for 14s1P 50.v 16ah

Note: 14 cells can be done but it requires some pressing on the corners to get the rod threaded so it will take a little effort.

If you buy 12 SPIM08HP 16ah modules, 5 of the 6p busbars, and 1 set of these you could make a 4s3p module very easily.
