Here are Sanyo UR18650A 18650 cells in modem batteries! You get 4 cells in a pack for just $1.80! 45 CENTS PER CELL!
These Sanyo cells are NOT the heaters. These are the good Sanyo cells, and they typically test out pretty well! You can pry the seam with a pair of wire cutters to get the cells out.
Since these have been in storage uncharged for shipping standards some will be around 2-3v but they will all wake up. Out of the thousands we have tested there were only a few bad cells.
