This listing is for 3x 12s8p 36v A123 lifepo4 batteries. Each battery has 1 series of cells that are not good for reuse. So each of the 3 batteries has 8 cells that are not good for reuse and 88 cells that are good for reuse. You will get 264x 26650 3.2v 2500mah cells with good voltage in this lot.

It's not the easiest but we have a lot of customers who have recovered these cells and removed the nickel. It's a thicker nickel and you would have to carefully remove the nickel and make sure you cover the rest of the nickel to make sure you don't short anything out while removing the nickel from the cells. If done properly you can recover 264 cells for reuse.
