These cells we salvaged out of modem packs. We put in the labor to break down the packs to cell level, tested on our professional testing cabinets at a 0.2c rate, and boxed the cells into 30 packs of the same capacity range.
Some cells may have some thin nickel still attached but the nickel is flat and you can spot weld these as is. Also some may have kapton tape if the wrappers had a tear. All cells are sitting at 3.6v and ready to build into packs.
