You get 3 cases for $2! Perfect little enclosures for battery projects.

These plastic battery cases we recovered from new cable battery packs. The lid screws down with 4 philips head screws (included). You will just need a thin philips head screw driver that is about 3" long to tighten the screws to lock the lid.

There are areas on both sides for you to run your wires.

You can fit 24 18650 cells with cell holders in a standard 6x4 rectangle pattern.

Interior dimensions are 6" x 3" x 3". Note there are 4 corner areas where the screws secure the lid in place that take up about 0.5" only in the corner. Realistically you can fit a 5" x 3" x 3" square but if you have flat cells where the tabs stick out 6" in the center you can fit them as well. A good rule would be 24 18650 cells with holders can fit inside with room for wiring and a small BMS. You can also cut the little plastic tabs on the lid to open it up for the full 6" x 3" x 3" area and that would be pretty easy.
