These cells have never been used, have good voltage, and the cells we tested were full capacity. Amazing deal at this price.

Each cell has a slight scratch on the shrink wrap or a tiny dent. It's hard to notice unless you are looking at an angle.

The tabs on both ends are copper which is nice because a lot of customers are building packs by soldering them. Using a thicker soldering iron works well and you can even utilize nickel for the connections.
