This is for 2x 51.2v 100ah lifepo4 rack mount batteries. The 1st battery is balanced but the BMS needs to be replaced. The other battery has 4 cells that are below 1v so those 4 cells likely will have self discharge issues. The other 12 cells in that battery should be ok for reuse. These are not capacity tested.

The 1 BMS unit on the pack with the 4 low voltage cells may work but we cannot test it since the pack is unbalanced and low voltage. It's possible if the 4 cells are replaced and the pack is charged to a balance again the BMS may kick back on. It would make sense to take the BMS from the bad pack and switch it to the one with the balanced cells to see if it works because you may end up with a fully working pack and then the other one you'll have 12x 100ah good cells to work with.
