Here are 2x 25.6v 150ah Lifepo4 batteries. They use IFR 3.2v 6000mah 32700 cells inside. We wrote the voltages of each series of cells on top of the batteries as you can see in the photos. 1 battery is fully balanced and has a good BMS. That one is plug and play. The other battery has all good cells, they just need to be balanced. That one needs a 8s BMS however after balancing the BMS may work again once reset. Total of 7.68kWh of good batteries with one just needing a BMS. It's possible you could top balance them and add one overall 16s lifepo4 BMS for a 48v system.
