Here are 2x 16s 51.2v 100ah Lifepo4 Rack Mount batteries. One battery is perfectly balanced with all good cells and just needs a new BMS. The other battery has one bad cell. So out of 32x 3.2v 100ah cells 31 will be good for reuse.

Around 10kWh worth of good batteries in this lot plus you get the 2 rack mount enclosures. The BMS in the pack with the 1 bad cell may or may not work. It's possible it's just doing it's job and not working because of the one bad cell but we can't test it while there is a bad cell in there.
