We can often combine shipments of multiple pallet deals for nearly the same price as it costs to ship one. Here are 28x 4s6p 12.8v 32700 Lifepo4 Cell Modules. There are 672 total cells. These are 3.2v 6000mah 32700 cells inside, either purple, blue or green cells. We wrote the voltages down so you know exactly what you are getting.

It seems around 75% of cells should be good for reuse. Roughly 500 cells. If you take the time to break down, test the cells, and rebuild you should be able to make a lot of good packs out of this lot. Of course, any cell at 0v will likely not be good for reuse but the cells that are above 1v should cycle just fine. These are for parts/repair after proper testing. Refer to photos for more details.
