These came from Electric Scooters, all the cells are untested but they should test out good! The BMS attached to the pack is likely proprietary.
These are relatively difficult to break out of the enclosure, be ready for a bit of a challenge. If they do not budge you can carefully cut through the enclosure to gain access to the cells.
