24 Panasonic NCR18650 cells for just 33 cents per cell! Why so cheap? Get ready for an evening filled with cursing at battery packs. You're going to need a beer after this one. As you can see in the 3rd photo you can hit straight through the handle and pry with a large screw driver. But maybe a dremel cutting wheel will be best to cut all the way around. Just can't go too deep or else you can hit the cells. The locking tabs alone will cause your hair line to recede. Once you get the white case open then you have some rubber and more black cell holders to get to the cells. I can confirm the best part about these batteries is they have the handle so when you get frustrated you can get a good grip to angrily throw the battery against the wall. These batteries suck to disassemble and I hope the cells test well after you finally get them out. The batteries are used so there are no guarantees but for sure the price per kilowatt hour is crazy low here.
