FOR $27 YOU GET A 19 PACK OF THESE BATTERIES. JUST $1.47 PER CELL. WE PACKAGE THESE IN BOXES OF 19 BECAUSE IT ALLOWS US TO SHIP THEM SAFELY.

WHO NEEDS CELL LEVEL FUSING WHEN EVERY CELL HAS A BMS AND A TEMPERATURE SENSOR? COMES OUT TO JUST $78/kWh!

THESE ARE GREAT LITTLE PACKS, PERFECT FOR DIY PROJECTS. THEY CAME OUT OF VERSION 1 RING DOORBELL DEVICES. WE TESTED OVER 100 OF THESE AND THEY TESTED AROUND 95% ON AVERAGE. THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW TECHNOLOGY MOVES FASTER THAN THE BATTERIES DEGRADE. THESE CAME OUT OF UNITS THAT WERE "UPGRADED" OR OVERSTOCK AND ONLY IN SERVICE FOR A FEW MONTHS. SO THESE BATTERIES PROBABLY ONLY SAW A CYCLE OR TWO. THEY ONLY CYCLE WHEN A HOME LOSES POWER WHICH IS VERY RARE. 

EACH PACK IS BASICALLY 2x 2500mah CELLS IN PARALLEL, EACH WITH THEIR OWN 1A BMS. WE TESTED THESE PACKS AT 2A CONTINUOUS FOR A FULL DISCHARGE SO YOU CAN CERTAINLY DISCHARGE AT A .4C RATE.

THE TWO RED WIRES ARE CONNECTED TO THE SAME POSITIVE BMS TERMINAL AND THE TWO BLACK WIRES ARE ALSO CONNECTED TO THE SAME NEGATIVE TERMINAL ON THE BMS. THE WHITE WIRE DOES NOTHING FOR US. EASILY BUILD A BATTERY PACK BY SOLDERING OR USING SPLICE CONNECTORS. CHARGE UP EACH BATTERY, CONNECT THEM IN SERIES OR EVEN PARALLEL THEM BY SOLDERING THEM TO A COPPER FLAT BAR. THIS WILL MAKE A VERY LONG LASTING, ENERGY DENSE BATTERY PACK WITH SUPER SAFETY FEATURES BUILT IN. NO WASTED DIAMOND SPACE LIKE YOU GET WITH CYLINDRICAL CELLS.

EACH BATTERY WEIGHS 3 OUNCES. MEASURES 2.5" x 2" x 3/8" AND YOU GET AROUND 3/4" OF WIRE LENGTH TO WORK WITH. THE CONNECTOR IS A 5 PIN MICRO CONNECTOR. IT APPEARS TO BE A JST CONNECTOR BUT I'M NOT CERTAIN. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO CUT ONE WIRE AT A TIME NEAR THE CONNECTOR. TRIM THE WHITE WIRE ALL THE WAY DOWN SINCE YOU DON'T NEED IT. EXPOSE AROUND A QUARTER INCH OF THE WIRE ON THE TWO BLACK AND TWO RED WIRES. TWIST THE TWO BLACK WIRES TOGETHER THEN TWIST THE 2 RED WIRES TOGETHER. THAT IS YOUR MAIN POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE. OR SIMPLY HOLD THE WIRES TIGHT NEAR THE CONNECTOR THEN PULL THE CONNECTOR OFF WITH FORCE. USE A FLAT NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS WITH SOME ELECTRICAL TAPE ON IT TO PREVENT A SHORT THEN PULL OFF THE CONNECTOR WITH A PAIR OF PLIERS. IT IS VERY EASY TO DO WHEN YOU GET THE HANG OF IT. USE SOME B-WIRE CONNECTORS TO MAKE SERIES CONNECTIONS OR TO PARALLEL WIRE THEM GRAB SOME COPPER PIPE, HAMMER IT FLAT, SOLDER YOUR CONNECTIONS TO THAT.

IF YOU BUILD A PACK WITH THESE YOU WILL QUICKLY DISCOVER WHAT A GREAT VALUE THIS IS. IF YOU HAVE ANY CELLS THAT DON'T READ VOLTAGE AT THE CONNECTOR JUST APPLY 4V TO WAKE THEM UP. SOME BATTERIES WILL BE RESTING AT 2.8V WHICH IS WHERE THE DISCHARGE CUTOFF IS SET ON THE BMS.
