110 2170 M50LT 3.6v 5000mah 36v 1.98kWh - $98/kWh
Just $98/kWh for 5000mah 2170 genuine cells plus you get the metal enclosure, cell holders, nickel, wiring, and connectors.
This is certainly one of the best deals you will ever find for high quality 2170 cells. Each module is made of 110 2170 cells. Model INR21700M50LT. Each cell is rated for 3.6v 5000mah. 18wh per cell x 110 cells = 1.98kWh.
Each module comes with an aluminum enclosure, cooling material, cell holders, nickel, wiring harnesses, etc.
The modules are super easy to open. 16 standard philips head screws on the lid. Take off the lid. Then there's 8x #2 metric allen wrench bolts. If you don't have that you can get a good pair of pliers and take those 8 bolts out. They are not hard to take out. These are very common tools which is nice. If you have an allen key set that #2 size will certainly be in it.
If you have a spot welder and some standard nickel you will easily be able to convert these into whatever voltage you want. The BMS on here likely is proprietary so we do not recommend reusing the BMS. The value here is the cells, holders, enclosure, and nickel. There is also 4x 10 gauge wires and an HRS connector. plus some other wiring and connectors you will be able to reuse for another project.
All of the modules were removed in working condition from robots. Every module we tested was balanced and every cell we guarantee to have good voltage. Every customer that tested these has reported at or near full capacity. It was likely these batteries were only cycled a few times and perhaps the robots were for testing only. You will be very happy with the quality and consistency of these. It's rare for us to get 2170 cell modules like this in such great condition. These are some of the most energy dense packs you will find and for a fraction of the price, you can't go wrong with these modules.
Currently the cells are 10s11p configuration. If you want to make 14s 48v modules for example we recommend charging all the batteries to top balance then making your series connections to another module. You can remove the 4th series nickel and just spot weld your own nickel in place of that. Or you can dismantle down to cell level and rebuild them however you want.
The cooling material you can reuse. It stays cool and is meant to lay on top of nickel connections. It's actually very interesting material. I wish we could find more and offer it as an accessory.
Module weight is 24 lbs.
Dimensions are 11" x 10" x 3"
