Here are some packs of 10 and 20 of Samsung INR21700-50E batteries that are professionally tested between 90-99.99% of original capacity. All batteries are sitting at 3.6v and ready to be built into packs. These all tested around the same capacity (5750mah) because we removed them from a larger pack that was unused. We removed the spot welds on them and they are ready to be built into packs.
