This is for 2x 51.2v 200ah lifepo4 batteries. One battery has all the cells with good voltage but they are out of balance. This battery seems like if you top balance it the pack will work again. The other battery has 7 out of 16 groups of cells with low voltage.

Overall there are 25x 3.2v 200ah groups of cells. Total 16kWh worth of good cells. 2x BMS units. 2x metal enclosures.
