This is for a 25.2v 208ah battery. Awesome battery here with a BMS and seems to be a higher power module. One of the 8 series groups of cells is lower voltage than the rest but all cells in this lot have good voltage. Perhaps if you top balance this pack again it will work. The enclosure is metal as well. Please see photos for more details. There are some valuable components in the battery beyond just the cells and the enclosure.
