These packs have never been cycled, some came new in the original pallet and some were recovered from overstock or returned doorbell camera units.
You will get 2x 3000mah cells. We have tested thousands of these and they are testing around 3000mah across the board. The packs are pretty easy to crack open too with the right pair of cutters. Of course you will want to open these carefully and at your own risk to get the 18650 cells out of them for reuse. Some glue inside but not overwhelming. In the end you won't find a better source of new, brand name, never cycled cells that test around 2900mah.
