New NO CRATE 48s2p 153.6v 180ah 27.65kWh Lifepo4 Battery - $90/kWh

This is the best deal you will find for new lifepo4 batteries. These are all overstock and never used. The oldest date we found in the entire truckload was 2021. Every battery we opened the cells were perfectly balanced at 3.29v/cell. We include the main outside +/- connectors with some wire attached. You will have to crimp your own connector to the other end of the wire.

We have some that are still in the crates that we listed separately. These were stored on a warehouse rack without the crates. They are still new and unused. Just not as shiny as the ones still in the crates. These are $100 cheaper than the ones that are still in the crates. Both are unused and perfectly balanced so it is just less shine on the aluminum lid from warehouse dust accumulation.

Each battery is made of 96x 3.2v 90ah lifepo4 cells in 48s2p configuration. We are assuming they are EVE 3.2v 90ah cells but they may be Calb. We added the specs of the EVE cells in the photos. At this price it comes out to just $26.04/cell or $90/kWh for new lifepo4 cells.

The cells are all laser welded and there is some space on the raised area of the series busbars. You could, at your own risk, carefully cut the series busbars with a dremel and have enough busbar sticking out to make a hole for nut/bolt connections.

We have new excellent freight rates so shipping should be reasonable. Or you can pickup from our Bensalem PA location for free.

The aluminum lid comes off easy. There are some standard hex bolts around the edges and the black vinyl on top just pops off for easy access to the busbars.

Each module can make the following:

12x (12v) 4s2p 12.8v 180ah 2.3kWh packs
6x (24v) 8s2p 25.6v 180ah 4.6kWh packs
4x (36v) 12s2p 38.4v 180ah 6.9kWh packs
3x (48v) 16s2p 51.2v 180ah 9.2kWh packs

Each battery has 4x 12s2p 38.4v 180ah 6.91kWh batteries inside. If you upgrade golf cart batteries this is the best deal you will ever find. All you have to do is add a 12s 300a lifepo4 BMS to make a perfect 36v battery for golf carts. All the balance wires are there and the main +/- connections can be bolted.

There is a BMS on here but we don't know anything about it and we recommend to just add your own BMS. I would imagine the majority of our customers will be making these into 3x 16s batteries for 48v systems.
