These cells are overstock from a large military project. They have never been cycled and we also tested them to make sure they are still at nominal voltage. These are the best cells on the market hands down. Elsewhere these are going for over $6 per cell new. We have them here at just $2 per cell. Only a few cases available. These are rated for over 4000 cycles and can discharge at 50 amps continuous per cell.
