Chevy OEM LG Chem 18s 64.8v 10.69kWh

What a beautiful day... When batteries that have never been cycled are on Battery Hookup for under $100 per kWh. Doesn't get any better! These LG Chem modules came out of Chevy battery assembly where the bolt patterns didn't line up with the frame. This LG Chem module is made up of an 8s 4.75kWh module and a 10s 5.94kWh module making an 18s 10.69kWh module. Easy access to the busbars on the sides. These are the easiest, cheapest, never cycled EV battery ever offered near this price. You can easily remove the threaded rods and separate the 8s and 10s module. Imagine the possibilities, dropping 2 of the 10s modules into a golf cart, then with the 2 8s modules making a 16s powerwall for a 48v inverter that accepts up to 64v input. Charge each cell to 4v and your powerwall will last a very long time.

We do not recommend disassembling the packs. The way these are made, the cells break out into 2 cells at a time but there are 3 cells in parallel so you can't just take off 1 group of 3 cells. You can, however, easily separate this into the 8s and 10s modules.

Module weight is around 130 lbs. and the dimensions are approximately 33" x 14" x 4".

There is no BMS but you have easy access to the busbars which will make wiring your bms super easy! We recommend Daly BMS units for a cheap and effective option.
