7s20p Module with 140x Samsung 2600mah 18650 cells

The design of these modules are just awesome. As you can see they come with beautiful cell holders, you get 140 cells in 7s20p configuration, and all cells are checked for voltage. These packs it seems like they either are missing a few bolts bolts or the threaded area of the cell holders stripped. The busbars actually bolt down. All cells have good voltage but some rows are out of balance and I think it is because they missed a few screws on the busbars.

We are selling these as balanced or unbalanced. You can select from the menu the ones that are balanced or the ones that are unbalanced are a little less.

The value here is the 140 Samsung 26f 2600mah cells that have not been cycled too many times and the cell holders. It is possible you could find a few bolts for the busbars, charge each series up to 4.2v individually, and get the 25.2v 52ah 1.31kWh module to work as is.  Either way this is such a cool design at the very least you get 140 awesome 2600mah cells for under 90 cents per cell and you get all the holders, nickel, and busbars as a bonus. This is under $100/kWh. If you can add the bolts or solder the busbars down and charge each group this would make a great RV or powerwall battery. Just make sure to add a BMS. You can use ring terminals to make your BMS connection. 7s is a perfect 24v pack. Fully charged is 29.4v and fully discharged is 19.6v. You can also put 2 of these packs in series to make a 14s 48v pack. Just remember if you are going to use the packs as is you will need to make the busbar connections for the missing bolts and charge each series fully one at a time. That is called a top balance. Since the voltages are different in each series group you will want to charge each of the 7 groups individually up to 4.2v.
