Here is a complete 96s Lifepo4 battery module. Amazing value here. The best part is the cells are already in 16s (48v) configuration groups. There are 6 groups of 16s 3.2v 230ah cells.

The module is balanced. The module was recovered from a very low mileage vehicle and likely just had a faulty BMS. If you removed the series busbars between each 16s group of cells you could add a 16s BMS on each of the 6 modules. This would create 6x 48v 11.776kWh modules.

Of course the battery is not capacity tested and capacity is not guaranteed but it appears this will test closer to full capacity based on the date and the appearance that perhaps the module was just rejected because of the BMS.

The cells are likely CATL brand.
