8x 3.7v 10ah cells - 2 bad cells

This module has 6 out of 8 good cells that are 3.7v 10ah cells. One of the "bad cells" is actually just low voltage due to a failed BMS. You can easily make a 7s 24v pack by just leaving off the bad cell and charging the other one up to the same voltage as the rest of the cells. The cells are glued together so you have to keep the pack together the way it is.
