7s48p 384 Panasonic 2250mah CGR18650CG cells - One bad row

As you can see in the 2nd and 3rd photos you also will get a waterproof enclosure. These are meant for Torqeedo outboard motors for boats so the battery enclosure is waterproof. The waterproof enclosure is easily worth $50 with the battery posts. 

This module has 384 Panasonic 2250mah cells inside in 7s48p format. It has one bad row (series) of cells so 48 cells will be 0 volts. The other 6 series of 336 cells will have voltage and all cells will test well. You can remove the modules easily. There are 2x 7s24p 24v modules wired in parallel. Just 50 cents per cell that is good. You also will likely be able to salvage some of the cells that are in the bad series of cells. It's likely that just one or two bad cells are bringing down the whole row but you are only paying 50 cents per cell for the 336 cells that are still good.
