The date on this module is 2021 so it was likely manufactured with a bad cell that brought down that group.

These modules use 32650 cells in 16s configuration, can be rack mounted or stacked the way you see them.

The one in the photo is actually the one with the most scratches. This one has all the buttons and not as many scratches. The screen turns on too. Seems like if you replace the bad 3.2v 100ah module this should work just fine.
