These are brand new batteries that have also been fully tested. We charged them back up to around 3v after the test since these batteries have to ship at or below 30% state of charge for DOT requirements. This is the only box we have and they are in the original box. I don't know why there was 5 per box instead of 4 or 8. Either way these are being sold for very cheap knowing you probably only want 4 of them for a 12v battery.
