48s2p 153.6v 210ah 32.26kWh Lifepo4 Battery - $85/kWh
There are 6x 8s2p battery modules inside. Super easy to make these into 24v or 48v without needing to cut busbars.
These are perfectly balanced. They were mounted on EV's that were used as backup or for testing only. It is likely these were never cycled but may have been cycled just a few times. Every battery we opened the cells were perfectly balanced at nominal voltage. As you can see in the photos the main +/- connectors can be bolted right onto the battery easily. There are already nice busbars connected to them you can reuse for your main connections if you want.
Each battery is made of 96x 3.2v 105ah lifepo4 cells in 48s2p configuration with 6x very convenient 8s2p modules in series. We are assuming they are EVE 3.2v 105ah cells but they may be Calb or CATL. At this price it comes out to just $28.64/cell for 105ah cells or $85/kWh. Plus there is decent aluminum and copper value.
The cells are all laser welded but the main connections are bolted which is nice.
We have excellent freight rates so shipping should be reasonable. Or you can pickup from our Bensalem PA location for free.
The lid comes off easy. There are some standard hex bolts around the edges and the black vinyl on top just pops off for easy access to the busbars.
Each module can make the following:
6x (24v) 8s2p 25.6v 210ah 5.4kWh packs
3x (48v) 16s2p 51.2v 210ah 10.8kWh packs
All the balance wires are there and the main +/- connections can be bolted.
There is a BMS on here but we don't know anything about it and we recommend to just add your own BMS. I would imagine the majority of our customers will be making these into 3x 16s batteries for 48v systems.
Weight is around 500 lbs.
