This is for 3 batteries each with 15x 3.2v 105ah cells inside. 2 of the batteries have a BMS as well. It seems like you will be able to use the BMS from one and add it to the battery that is balanced with good cells to get a working battery. One battery has all good cells but just needs a BMS. The other 2 batteries are discharged. Some cells in those 2 batteries have some voltage but they may have self discharge issues. You also get 3x metal enclosures which are easy to open with just bolts, they are weather proof, and you also get 2x BMS units that work.
