Here are 30 Panasonic NCR18650A 2900mah cells that are fully tested and testing above 100% capacity. Just $1.50/cell. These were recovered from never cycled medical packs. A decent percentage of cells may have some glue still on them but they will fit back into cell holders. You can also replace the shrink wrap but they will work fine as is.
