30x 3.6v 3000mah 18650 Lithium Ion Cells

These batteries were recovered from prototype modules that have never been fully cycled. None of the batteries had shrink wrap or an insulator ring and they were naked. We dismantled the battery modules to recover the cells, added an insulator ring, then added shrink wrap. We tested thousands of these batteries and they all tested above 3000mah. Most in the 3100mah range.

We don't know the brand or model number of the cell, however all the other brands used in this prototype batch were name brand, high quality cells. They just didn't have any markings on the actual cell to determine which particular cell it is. So to be clear, these are not Battery Hookup cells. We just used our shrink wrap so you can assemble them properly and not have to add your own shrink wrap.

Since we cannot identify the model number of these cells we recommend the limit charge to 0.5c (1.5 amps) and discharge to 1c (3 amps). It is very likely the cells can handle more amps but without knowing the exact model number we cannot confirm with a datasheet.

Note, some of the cells have a small laser weld marking on the positive button. The negative end has never been connected. The tiny laser weld from the fuse connection that was removed does not impact anything and you can spot weld your nickel over it.
