This is for 1 51.2v 100ah and 1 25.6v 200ah lifepo4 rack mount batteries. One battery is completely discharged and is 0v. Cells that are 0v or below 1v likely will not be good for reuse and will have self discharge issues. The other battery which is 51.2v has one low voltage cell and the rest (15 cells) are balanced. The batteries do have a BMS as well but they are untested. Since there are some out of balance cells it is likely the BMS units work and they are doing their job by preventing charge of unbalanced batteries. You also get 2 metal enclosures. These are for parts/repair after proper testing. See pictures for more details.
