This is for 1x 51.2 100ah which has 2 lower voltage cells out of 16. The other battery is 25.6v 200ah which is balanced, has a working BMS, and is plug and play. The BMS likely works in the 51.2v pack since the battery is unbalanced and the BMS is doing it's job by not turning on to protect the battery.
